2018-2019 Code of Conduct

Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s):

We are honored to have the opportunity to work with such amazing students and staff at Erie Middle School and we appreciate your partnership in supporting our students to be positive global achievers and future leaders.

We have had an outstanding first quarter, and as we move into our second quarter, we continue to celebrate our students achievements and positive R.O.A.R.S. behaviors.
During the month of September, our administration team visited each classroom to talk with all of our students about the St. Vrain Valley Schools Behavioral Code of Conduct and the Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents. Visiting classrooms and talking with the students about the Code of Conduct is an important step in our communication so that students understand that we care about them and their safety and well-being here at EMS.  Students were told they would receive the books at a later date to bring home. Last week during your students Pride Time classes, students received the St. Vrain Valley Behavioral Code of Conduct and the Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents book and were asked to bring that home to share with you. We ask that you take some time to familiarize yourself with this publication so that if your students have any questions or concerns you can be a resource for them as well as the EMS staff.

Here is the link to the Code of Conduct  that is also located on the district’s website.

Please complete the Digital Signature and Acknowledgement for each student you have at Erie Middle School.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us here at the school.

Thank you,
Erin Brueggeman
