Enrollment Information

Hearing and Vision screening for ALL 7th grade students and any new students to the district will be Monday, Jan 22nd.  Screenings will start in the library at 8:30 and should be done around 11:30. Please make sure that your student brings their glasses if they wear them.

If our screening indicates that your student needs further evaluation, you will be notified by mail. Please contact the Erie Middle School health clerk, Wendy Osborn if you have questions or concerns.
