(For CURRENT 5th, 6th and 7th grade students)

Through Project Launch, students strengthen their reading and math over the summer in a fun, friendly camp-like environment. They will receive small classroom instruction from high-quality St. Vrain teachers, allowing them to get extra support for a great start on the upcoming school year.

Program Design

Academic proficiency is an important district goal for all 

students. Research shows that extended school 

year learning opportunities positively affect student success. 

Project Launch program includes:

  • Targeted literacy practice daily
  • Focused math study and exploration
  • Extension activities
  • Transportation from specific pick-up sites provided
  • Breakfast and sacked lunch
  • Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students
  • Accelerated math for incoming 6th grade students
  • Available at no cost to families

7:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.

Behavior & Illness

In order to maintain a safe learning environment, misbehavior will not be tolerated. 

  • 1st Warning: Child removed from group briefly.
  • 2nd Warning: Parents contacted.
  • 3rd Warning: Child removed from program. 

Any illness will be treated in the same manner as during the school year. Please don’t send sick students to school.
